PRE-CANSKATE
PreCanSkate introduces young skaters 3-5 years of age to the fundamentals of ice skating in a playful and supportive atmosphere. Led by certified coaches, each session is filled with engaging activities, music, and games to make learning enjoyable. From mastering balance and basic movements to building confidence on the ice, our program focuses on nurturing each child’s skills at their own pace. PreCanSkate sets the stage for future skating success, serving as a stepping stone to our CanSkate program.
CANSKATE
CanSkate is a dynamic learn-to-skate program developed by Skate Canada, the national governing body for figure skating in Canada. It is designed to teach skaters from ages 5 years and up the basic skills needed to enjoy the sport of skating, whether for recreation, fitness, or competition. CanSkate focuses on the development of fundamental movement skills such as balance, agility, and control, all while fostering a love for skating for both beginner and experienced skaters.
STARSKATE 1-5
STARSkate is a highly-regarded program developed by Skate Canada, designed to provide skaters with the opportunity to develop advanced figure skating skills in a supportive and competitive environment. With a focus on excellence, athleticism, and artistic expression, STARSkate prepares skaters for success in competitions, performances, and beyond.
POWERSKATE
A specialized program designed to develop the power, speed, and agility of skaters. It focuses on refining skating techniques essential for hockey, ringette, and other power skating disciplines. With a curriculum meticulously crafted by experts, PowerSkate aims to elevate skaters’ performance on the ice through advanced skill development and training..
